Returns
Our goods are perishable and hence are exempt from being returned. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund of deposit for flasks (if applicable)
For amounts paid by you towards deposit for flask/s, on return of the flask/s to our delivery person, the deposit amount will be credited. Deposit will be adjusted if the flask/s and delivery bag is not returned to our delivery person at the appointed time, and/or the flask/s are less than the number supplied, and/or if there is material damage to the flask/s etc. The same terms are applicable in case of self pick-up and return from and to our Cloud Kitchen.
Please allow 7 to 10 days to reflect in your original card/bank account etc. This is usually dependent on the corresponding institutions. We will effect the refund immediately.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Cancellation of orders
Cancellation of orders is not permitted. In an exceptional situation, at the sole discretion of IYENGAR’S Kaapi, if a cancellation is accepted, no refund will be made for the product/delivery charges and taxes. Only a credit voucher will be issued for use within the specified time.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
