associated with F&B. He is a consummate Chef, a certified baker, who rose to the
Top 50 in the Master Chef Season 2 TV show (2011), and reached the National Boot Camp stage. He has been making an artisanal,
100% preservative free pickle branded Pattu’s Kitchen since 1991. This is personally
hand-made by him, bottled and shared with a few hundred friends & family each season.
At another level, the promoter of IYENGAR’S Kaapi has a long career in Marketing,
and is known as a Guru in Direct Marketing. He was the very First Inductee into
the DMAi Hall of Fame, in 2012. He has been invited as Jury at the International
Cannes Awards four times, and to Chair the Experiential Awards at Loeries, South
